mi fa piacere! io invece sono molto nella media, qualche giretto con barche a noleggio, sai com'e' in italia ci vuole un bel conto in banca per permettersi la barca tanto e' vero che il mio modesto gommone lo tengo in societa' con altri due.

I enclose my original complaint at the time back in 2008 and the primary complaint was in respect of certification and such complaint is in no way groundless.
He even issued a Customer Notice admitting his product was falsely marked EN14143:2003 same as he falsely represented on his manual his product was EN14143:2003.
Mr. Parker to this date has no Certificate of Conformity issued by either of the two Certified Bodies approved and internationally recognised to do so in respect of EN61508 (SIRA accredited by UKAS and TUV Rheinland accredited by BASEEFA).
Furthermore, I am unrelated to the other named parties and we have different views and methods.
I am as critical of Mr. Deas as I have been of Mr. Parker and other manufacturers, and I placed a formal complaint about Mr. Deas in respect of his EN61508 certification with SIRA which triggered an audit of Mr. Deas certification.
Last my complaint with BERR (now BIS) was in respect of the rebreather industry in the UK as a whole and not Mr. Parker alone.
Furthermore, I and my instructor did experience a life-threatening incident on Mr. Parker's products and this was reported both to Mr. Parker and the authorities, hence the investigation on his product, but this is entirely normal, particularly in consideration of the many fatalities already.
I have contacted Mr. Parker requesting he remove references to my person on his website and publication, but he has to date failed to respond.
